VILLA DESCRIPTION

Casa Las Olas 3 is situated in San Francisco, Nayarit's upscale neighborhood of Las Olas, also referred to as San Pancho locally. The region's nature and fauna surround the magnificent Villa.

The property comprises of two separate loft-style villas, each with accommodation for three guests, and the main home, which has four rooms and can sleep up to ten people. You may request an extra room if you're seeking for a place to accommodate more people.

With its stunning views of the ocean and mountains, beach-style architecture, and Mexican interior design, it's the ideal blend of luxury, comfort, security, and environment for getaways, get-togethers with friends, and family. The breeze from the beach is the ideal addition to the tranquil setting, and the villas' huge windows let in an abundance of natural light.

Large bathrooms, walk-in closets, air conditioning, lounging areas, king-size or single beds, and terraces with chairs and tables to enjoy the breathtaking views are features of each room.

There is a living room, a fully furnished kitchen with a small private terrace, an air-conditioned internal dining room that can seat ten people, and another room with a smart TV that can be integrated into the terrace where two dining tables—one that can seat eight people and the other that can seat twelve—are located on the second floor. In addition, there are lounge chairs and armchairs, a minibar, a Kitchenaid gas grill area, two bathrooms with separate showers for men and women, and a separate kitchenette.

For an additional $50 per day, you can turn on the pool's heater while you're visiting. Since the pool takes a while to warm up, please make your order for this service in advance!
