VILLA DESCRIPTION
Casa Xécora is a stunning beachside mansion with six bedrooms and space for up to 12 guests that views out into Litibu Bay. It is situated inside the luxury gated enclave of Punta Mita.
The architect and designer had the concept to create a residence that enabled guests to completely enjoy the outdoors. The estate was completed in 2022. Its major feature is an infinity pool and jacuzzi with views of Litibu Bay. Additionally, it features an outdoor living room and dining table where visitors are welcome to congregate and take in the breathtaking views of the area.
It has 5 +1 rooms, all with a contemporary aesthetic but yet honoring the Coras patterns, including 3 main bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 family rooms with 2 queen-size beds each, and a kids' room with bunk beds.
