On the 14th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico golf course, in the center of Punta Mita, lies the 27-unit boutique condominium building known as Las Terrazas. The Punta Mita Residents' Beach Club, Punta Mita Golf Club, Punta Mita Tennis Club and Fitness Center, as well as the St. Regis and Four Seasons Resorts, are all easily accessible to owners via golf cart.
