VILLA DESCRIPTION

La Punta 16 offers the height of elegance and serenity. It is the best location for connecting with loved ones in the most private and secure setting conceivable because it is situated in the center of the ultra-exclusive gated enclave of Punta Mita. With 5 king suites, all with private entrances and views of the Pacific Ocean, the villa can accommodate up to 5 families and a total of 26 guests. It also has a children's bunk house that sleeps 12 and has a media room, as well as an unoccupied staff house with a queen bedroom and a queen fold-out sofa. While the main master suite is the biggest and grandest in the house, the other four guest master suites are identical and provide the same level of luxury to all visitors.

The villa has two living rooms, a dining room, a wet bar, a grill, an office, and two rooftop patios, all of which have views of the Pacific.

With 27 outside speakers that disperse ambient sound around the 1.5-acre property using Control 4 control, this mansion was built for outdoor parties. Numerous shaded outdoor spaces are available, including a daybed palapa and movable umbrellas. There is WiFi available all across the place.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are made and served by a chef and his staff, and housekeeping is provided throughout the day. There are also three kids' bikes, 10 adult bikes, and a golf cart with six seats.
