VILLA DESCRIPTION

The open-air layout of Casa Noosa allows its various indoor and outdoor living areas to seamlessly flow into one another, making it distinctive in many respects. The dazzling white walls that run the length of the house represent the word Noosa, which means "shadows." The design of the villa draws blue tones from the ocean, making for a striking contrast. Two pools are included in the villa: a larger pool that views the ocean and a smaller reflecting pool that provides a bit more seclusion.

Each of the six bedrooms on the home features an outdoor shower and an en suite bathroom. With an outdoor fire pit, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and an abundance of games to keep your group occupied, such as a ping pong table, pool table, corn hole, and even bikes to explore the gorgeous Punta Mita gated community, this is truly a dream home for anyone looking to maximize their time in the sun.

This house is especially ideal for surfers because it's close to the Bahia surf break and has surfboards available for guest use!
