VILLA DESCRIPTION

La Serenata is a beautiful development of six unique villas located on the 7th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico golf course, with luxurious interior finishes, an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, beautiful sceneries, and private parking. All of the homes have lovely golf course and partial Banderas Bay views.

Residences come with three or four bedrooms, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, and roomy living areas that make the most of Punta Mita living's easygoing, understated elegance. The villas are independent structures on sizable private lots; each one has a luxurious interior design, a heated pool, and a jacuzzi with stunning views of the golf course.
