VILLA DESCRIPTION

Las Marietas is a gated community of only 42 condos located near the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Bahia golf course and named for the breathtaking views of the Marietas Islands across the Pacific Ocean. Each building has seven homes, with just two per level, elevator access, basement parking, and storage space for the owners.

There are two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses nearby (Bahia and Pacifico), as well as excellent tennis courts, spa facilities, and beach clubs for outdoor enthusiasts. Residents and visitors can enjoy a community swimming pool, BBQ area, and fitness facility at Las Marietas. Surfing, kayaking, cycling, water sports, and boat cruises are among the other activities available.
