The most remarkable house in this enclave of six villas in the heart of Punta Mita is without a doubt RESERVA 6. It is unquestionably one of the most desirable residences in Punta Mita due to its position, ease of access to the town, design, lot, views, and value.

The lot borders the Pacifico Golf Course’s magnificent 7th hole that flows into the Bay of Banderas and is double the size of the other RESERVA lots. The architects were able to arrange each room at the best angle to take in views of the amazing par 5 course because there was no neighbor on one side. Beautiful views of the bay and golf course can be found from each of the six bedrooms.

The estate has lovely living spaces both outside and indoors that are perfect for year-round entertaining. The stunning views of the golf course, Bay of Banderas, and the Sierra Madre mountain range are expertly framed by the wraparound pool, which exudes an almost tangible sense of serenity.
