VILLA DESCRIPTION

The expansive 13,790 square foot home is situated on a hillside in Upper Amapas and offers stunning views of the Bay and town from every room. It is just a short stroll from the well-known Los Muertos Beach and Romantic Zone. A two-story waterfall greets you as you enter the home, and steps lead up to the main open-concept living and dining room with views of the infinity pool.
The roomy main level patio features sun couches, a heated infinity pool, and outdoor living and dining areas. The main villa features 4 roomy bedrooms, two master suites, and two huge guest suites on the lower floor. All of the bedrooms have balconies with ocean views and ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has an ocean view and features an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, a TV, and fans.
