VILLA DESCRIPTION
A 22-foot vaulted ceiling, wooden rafters, hand-painted ceramic tile, and terracotta floors are just a few of the traditional Mexican architectural features found in Villa Ventura. With breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean, there are over 7000 square feet of indoor living area and over 2000 square feet of outdoor living space, including a heated pool. The four villas of the walled residential community have access to the beach nearby through a communal staircase.
A private chef is among the five people on staff who take care of all the details.
