VILLA DESCRIPTION


Villa Vista de Aves is fully private and self-contained with a private entrance and pool and is situated oceanfront inside a residential development approximately 2 miles from the center of Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy the spacious common pool and Palapa-covered open air living space on the beach, as well as easy access to the beach via the complex garden and elevator.

The villa offers more than 7000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living area, a heated infinity pool, and an amazing water feature with two enormous palm trees to frame the sunset vista. Living, dining, and a very well-equipped kitchen are all open to the main terrace, which has an infinity pool and places for lounging and outdoor dining. This level is designed as an entertaining space.

The upper water feature with the two enormous palm trees is the two-level pool. The heated infinity pool sits on the lowest floor and measures around 12 feet by 18 feet and is 4 feet deep.

The villa's decor is modern with clean lines and touches of handmade fabrics from Mexico and original folk art. The term View of the Birds translates to View of the Birds, and you will see and hear many sea birds gliding by above the water.

New private gym with weights, a barbell, a bench, and a rack.
